CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree plus three qualifying years of work experience
  • Candidates who possess a valid certification with similar education and experience requirements may meet the education and experience criteria without the submission of transcripts.
  • Full time professional customer service experience acceptable. Requires position duties with 50% or greater customer service related activities.
  • Pass the Certification Exam

CSP EXAMINATION DETAILS

The comprehensive online CSP examination consists of 200 objective and true / false questions covering the following topics:

  • Foundations of Service
  • Human Dynamics
  • Customer Interaction
  • Employer Development
  • Application Scenarios

Upon registering for the CCSP exam, you may take the exam immediately or anytime within 30 days of registration.

Candidates have 120 minutes (two hours) to complete the exam. Once started, the exam may not be paused at any time.

Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, as is required to complete and submit the exam.

Once completed, the exam will be system-scored and immediately provide a result of “Pass” or “Fail.” A score of 75% or more is required to pass the exam.

If a candidate fails the exam they may retake it by re-registering and paying the exam fee. There is no limit on the number of times a candidate may take the exam. Please visit the Retake Policy page for more information.

The CSP Certification is valid for a period of three years. Renewal is then available.

AWARD OF CERTIFICATION

Upon successful completion of the certification requirements, the participants will be conferred the Certified Customer Service Professional (CSP®) by GQCO
