Course aims:
This course provides a comprehensive understanding of Total Quality Management – what it is, the benefits, how it can be used and how to embed quality right across the organization.
The program will provide participants with leading insights and knowledge on what it takes to achieve and cultivate sustainable world-class quality standards. It will also give them the practical skills and tools necessary to develop and implement successful total quality management systems.
